This is a progressive curriculum for the Mat & Reformer Pilates that develops your teaching skills, Pilates Eye and movement knowledge for a long and successful future as a Pilates Teacher.

    Lifetime access to hundreds of videos of each movement allowing you to hear & see proper technique, cues, & progressions.

  • apprenticing

    To be fulfilled at your host studio, comprised of observation, practice teaching, self-practice, & self-study hours.

    Provides actionable feedback at the Beginner & Final Levels.

    Designed for those who enjoy reading & note-taking as their study tool.

  • 12 one-hour workshops

    With a range of topics from the business of Pilates, to the Principles of Pilates, to preventing teacher burnout, to injuries, & special cases, etc.

  • 16 anatomy mini-workshops

    Exploring the Muscle of the week with the intention of making anatomy accessible, un-intimidating, & approachable.
